Consultation
The journey toward a strong, capable body is a personal one and understanding more about you is what we are here for. Let’s get to know each other, we want to hear your vision for the future.
We’ll use this free consultation to hear about your goals and lifestyle, assess areas of focus & importance and ultimately begin creating your plan.

Assessment
Connect with a member of our Coaching Team: we’ll evaluate your starting point, clarify your end goal & beginning building a clear path to get there.
We’ll go through a full joint assessment, movement screen & lifestyle questionnaire to ensure we have a clear view of who you are and where we are going.
If our expertise aligns with your goals- we’ll get you there. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll find the place that is.

The Blueprint
Work 1-on-1 and in group classes to develop the foundational skills used to make sustained progress: This means developing pain-free movements and robust strength and conditioning capacities.
We’ll address any red flags from our assessment and work together to improve lifestyle factors that impede progress.

Optimization
At this point, you’re moving without pain & demonstrating both competence and confidence with your training in the gym & lifestyle outside of the gym.
Now we maintain our new status quo & begin living our vision for the future with continued support from the Basis Team.
This phase includes quarterly mentorship meetings with your coach to discuss progress, review success metrics & reassess if needed.
